wry neck prevention?

my girl Precious, a silver penciled cochin, went broody a couple of months ago and developed wry neck. After reading all the GREAT advice on BYC, I decided on a course of treatment and it worked! She came out of it in about three weeks. My question is, she appears to be going broody again. Should I repeat the vitamin regimen as a preventative?

I would give her the extra vitamins while she is broody, since you know she more than likely isn't going to eat properly during this time.
