I'm not that experienced at chicken raising. I only have a small flock of a dozen chickens. I have a 2 year old white Leghorn that one day I noticed walking in circles. I also notice other hens starting to pick on her. So I separated her in to a large crate in my garage and did research to see what was going on. I also consulted with a lady at Tractor Supply that has chickens. I have been giving this chicken nutri drench along with her regular food and water for a couple of weeks with no improvement. She seems happy. Besides walking in circles, she acts happy to see me every time I approach her. She eats and drinks fine. But her poop is green. I looked her over and do not see any external parasites. I checked her beak and even trimmed it for a slight over bite. Since all the added nutrition doesn't seem to be making a difference, I thought maybe she has internal parasites robbing her nutrition. So I did a 6 week worming treatment. (even though I have never seen any worms) I want to rule out anything I can that could be stealing her nutrition. My other chickens have plump red combs, and this chicken has a small dull colored one. As weeks have gone by, I would think that hers was getting redder, but my hubby says I'm imagining things. I'm at the end of what I can do for her. I was at Tractor Supply looking at the products on the shelf and I don't know where to go with this. My husband and I hate to kill her. She seems happy to see us, but I can't let her run around with the other chickens because they will peck her to death. And I can't keep her in a cage the rest of her life like a pet, so I need to cure the neck trouble so she quits going in circles. Please help with ideas to cure.

Can you post a video of how she's moving?
Have you checked to make sure she's seeing, and that her ears are not infected?
You wormed for 6 weeks? What did you use and what dosing?
Wry neck is most often (if it's a deficiency) a vitamin E deficiency. I would give her a vitamin E capsule once a day, 400 iu, with a bit of sunflower seeds, tuna, or scrambled egg for a bit of selenium to help with the uptake of the E. I would also give a b complex or super b complex tablet or capsule once a day as well. Some of the B's if they are deficient can cause odd neuro muscular symptoms. All of those are human supplements that can be gotten at any pharmacy or walmart. Sometimes if they get deficient it can take much higher doses to get it reversed, once it's reversed they can often maintain it. See if you get improvement with those.
