So last Friday my grandpa called me and told me my Rooster had his head on the ground and was not eating or drinking, we have been giving him Tylon 50 and assist feeding and watering him, today we may have found or he has wry neck. Is there a way to cure it and is this what he has. He is now drinking and eating on his own a little bit he’s a little out of balance.

Wry neck can be a symptom of head injury, a vitamin deficiency, or of certain infectious diseases, such as Mareks and many others. Most give vitamins including thiamine, vitamin E, and some egg for the mineral selenium which helps vitamin E. Help him get plenty to eat and drink. Sometimes in severe cases, wrapping them in a towel, and feeding very wet chicken feed plus some chopped egg is useful.
