Wry Neck?

So last Friday my grandpa called me and told me my Rooster had his head on the ground and was not eating or drinking, we have been giving him Tylon 50 and assist feeding and watering him, today we may have found or he has wry neck. Is there a way to cure it and is this what he has. He is now drinking and eating on his own a little bit he’s a little out of balance.

I was giving him a vitamin supplement that had B-12 In it, today I changed it to one that has vitamin E and vitamin B in it. We are also giving him a Tylon 50 shot everyday.
