Wry neck

It was stupid expensive but I couldn’t say no. She was in the clinic with the vet and I was waiting in the car outside because they aren’t letting people in because of covid.
When the tech went through it with me I gasped. This vet is an associate at the clinic and shamelessly upsells. But she is an avian specialist.
Thanks. I will give her greens.

Wow there is something wrong about that!

Weigh her starting next morning. and see if she is losing any weight. If she loses more then 5% of the next few days she should be tube fed.

Meant to post this sometime ago. My Ancona made a full recovery!
We still don’t know exactly what it was.
The vet prescribed two different antibiotics, and two different types of wormers. And I also gave her vitamin E and selenium. And it got to the point that I was ready to cull her. The only reason I didn’t was my husband wasn’t home for a couple of days and by the time he got back she was looking better.
I’m so glad I gave her the chance. And thank you all for your advice.
Cheers.
Diane
