This one is smaller than the others and just hatched yesterday. Its head is tilting to the left and having issues walk/walking in circles. Is this wry neck or something else?

Wry neck is the first thing I would suspect. Treatment is simple enough. Give the chick vitamin E 400iu with some soft boiled egg. You will probably need to drip the E oil directly into the beak to get enough into the chick to make a difference. One entire capsule of E each day until the symptoms go away. If the chick won't eat any egg, then you need to get a tiny bit of selenium into it to ensure proper absorption.

I could only get 100iu. Will this be okay? Will I need to do it more times a day? Or add 4 and do it all at once?

The baby seems to be doing a lot better, able to walk straight and eating now by itself. I am seeing that the head is still tilted to the left most of the time. Do I still need to be treating or could this be a permanent thing?
