I’ve been giving a drop or two twice a day of selenium and polyvisol to my chick because he has wry neck but now his neck isn’t just sideways it’s on his chest. I saw this day before yesterday and that’s when I started. What can I do is that what this is and will he make it? He backs up when I put him back down and I have him isolated.

He’s eating and drinking on his own

It might help to give a little extra vitamin E in a soft gel, along with some other vitamins that have thiamine (B1) since some wry neck is due to B1 or E deficiency. Also, wry neck is sometimes hereditary or due to head or neck trauma. Be careful with selenium because too much can be bad. Normally just giving a small amount of egg yolk orally, it can be enough.
