Wry Neck?

I've got a hen whose neck is limp. It can move it but not really. I've had to deal with both Botulisim and Wry Neck but i dont know which one it is or if its different. Whats even more weird is that she had it then she got better then 24 hours later she had it again. Any ideas?

she'll rapidly shake it from side to side every so often

I've done a molasses flush and then probiotics

Is she eating and drinking on her own?
I would give her 400 IU vitamin E daily and eggs for selenium.
