Wry neck?

Hi i posted the other day about my chickens n turkey getting attacked. Well one is really wobbly and im noticing she can only face straight down now. It kinda resembles wry neck but not exactly. Could it be? Can they get wry neck as a result of an attack? If so is it treated like regular wry neck is treated?

Shock can bring on wry neck so yes, and yes,the treatment is the same.

I would offer her human vitamin E 400 IU, a little cooked egg yolk for selenium, and 1/4 tablet of super B complex vitamins daily. Walmart has good prices on some brands of vitamins. Wry neck can be a sign of head or neck injury, as well as a vitamin E or thiamine deficiency, and sometimes due to illnesses that affect the brain.
