My rooster all of a sudden started flapping and his head started falling back. I went straight to him and thought he was chocking on his food. Turned him upside down liquid came out. Blew in his mouth a couple times. He came to. But with a floppy neck.
What happened? How to help? Please.

It does look like Wry Neck which is a neurological symptom.
You can try treating with vitamin therapy to see if that helps. Give 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-Complex daily along with a little egg to help with the uptake of E.

I'd also check his crop to see that it's emptying overnight. Could he have gotten hung up in the wire on the run or been in a fight with another rooster?

No fight. He is a new one so he is by himself. Young too. I gave him those items. SeemS like it maybe helping. But he then has an episode. Then normal. Gets up eat n drink. Then moments later episode.
