Wry neck?

Is this wry neck? This frizz chick holds his head to the right & usualy up, looking at lite. I thought he was gazing up at me as I entered, but he is not. He does dip head to eat and drink, but carries it back and to side or back to his back. I am feeding chick starter and vit/electrolites in water. Any advice from anyone who has had/cured this? He is alert and friendly.

Looks like it to me.

Use Poly-Visol without Iron. Give a drop or two a couple of times a day. Works really fast.

Try to give him Polyvistal (WITHOUT iron) baby vitamins. Thats what I did for a chick here who had wryneck and she got fixed.

Have been using Polyvistal without iron since I posted this. I give it to him/her 3 or 4 times a day. I also straighten & rub his neck. No improvement yet.

Jan i'm thinking he needs more time on the vitamins, or cull

U know I am a sucker for special needs chickens but im in over my head with roos right now
