Wry neck!

One of my baby chicks has wry neck. I did some research and they said to get poly vistal. How much do you give per dosage, how often, and for how long? Also do you feed it to them or put it in their water?

Polysol don't know, I use Vital which is added to the water with directions for chicks right on the package. Their is also Chick Saver vitamins that go in the water too. These are sold at feed stores like Tractor Supply.
