What's the mill date on each bag of this feed, and does there seem to be powder in the bag too?

The feed isn’t powdery at all. I can’t find a mill date on the packaging, but it was opened last week, the same day as the last bad seizure.

Mill dates are important, and either there is a recent (within one month or so) date on the bag, or don't buy it! Some companies have 'open dating', which is very clear, some use the Julian calendar for dating, and some, the very worst IMO, use a code that you have to get deciphered by a store staff member.
I've seen feed at my local stores dated 2018! Awful!
