Wryneck! Need help please!

Hello all,
My rooster is 1 yrs old and just today seems to have Wryneck . He did not have it yesterday although in the evening he was acting a little off such as barking at nothing, walking around kind of ignoring the hens/not putting them in bed. Today he is very calm, not really doing much but crowing to the side and down, not eating and only drinking.
How do I treat this? I'm giving him Vitamin E and force feeding very gently.
He is also molting his whole back end is covered in pin feathers.

Here's pictures of him.
You can see his neck bone sticking out one way

He eats New Country Organics feed.
Without putting hands on, it’s hard to say, but that does look like an injury.

Any chance of seeing a veterinarian?

When I put him outside he did not really know what to do.
CC, if you have some low dose aspirin I would give him 1/2 a tablet, that will help with pain and any inflammatory issues. You can give 1/2 a tablet every 12 hrs.

Keep him inside where it’s not so hot, and as quiet as possible, a dark crate will be a good idea. Make sure he gets plenty of fluids. If he will eat food try a moist porridge with the food they eat - if it’s a pellet. If it’s grains you can still soak it with hot water for a couple hrs to soften it and plump it up.

As I said without hands on I cannot give anymore advise than pain management, shock control, and fluids/nutrients.

I will keep my fingers crossed he is ok.

Will do!
I been feeding him moist chicken feed.☺️
I agree with @Ponypoor that he'd probably be better off inside for now. It appears you have a good relationship with him. He should be content. Use ear plugs.
Yes, I do have a good relationship with him! I've held him ever since he hatched!🥰

How do I get him stay inside with me? All he wants to do is go outside and roost with the others and I'm not going to let him do that?

So I finally got him to calm down in my room bedroom which I like dark. Thank You all for the help! I will see if he makes it to the morning and hope he does!

Is the inside of his beak clean and clear?

I'd treat with vitamin therapy as suggested.

He's molting, so likely isn't feeling the best. I see loss of feathers under his neck. A lot of roosters have reddish looking skin under the wattles and on the neck. I don't see anything too concerning there.

Molting birds don't like to be handled a lot and some can be anxious, so take care when handling him.

He's only drinking, check to make sure his crop empties overnight. If it doesn't then access it according to the article https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

His crop has been emptying a lot! I feed him as well. Of course, I will take care when handling him since we both love each other and I want him to get the best! 🥰
Thank you so very much for your help!
