wryneck or ???

help!I have a chick that's a day or 2 old.it keeps bending its head way back onto it's back and falling over,it can't sit up and keeps it's eyes closed...it's peeping constantly.I've looked all over on here...but wryneck seems to bend downward? and effect mostly silkies?
this is an americauna mix chick.
Is there anything I can do? I don't know if i should follow the wryneck suggestions if it isn't it.

Yes, absolute give this chick Polyvisol vitamins (no iron) and start with 2 drops directly in the beak 2x per day for the next 2 weeks. Polyvisol can be put in the waterer if you wish to treat all your chicks. In that case, 1 full dropperful per 1 quart water. Only mix what they can consume in a single day and make it fresh daily. You can gradually take them off the vitamins by 4-5 weeks of age.
