WTB: 2+ hatching egg's............got $3.25 in paypal.................

lol like the title say's....i want just a few more fertil egg's to incubate by this comeing tuesday. " I have close to a dozen MFD egg's comeing in the mail and i want to hatch as many as i can during one incubator running.

I live in east central Indiana. No meat birds, brown layer's or ornamental's would be great. Not picky...i hope some of you can help me out. Thank's!!

Good luck on this. Unless someone is willing to ship for free, you can't even ship 2 eggs for that cost.

2 egg's wrapped up in a TINY box would not be much of shipping...at all. Especially if the person is local...i/e Indiana, ohio, Kentucky

I was being sincere in the good luck. Shoot, I understand not having money, we're there right now. The minimum they could ship, even in the same state would be $4.80, that's the cheapest priority you can get. I do hope you get the eggs. I do agree, there are some great people here.

Here is your problem....to safely ship eggs, you need to wrap them in bubble wrap, use peanuts and send them via Priority Mail. Parcel Post will scramble your eggs even if they are going across town. In addition, they can take 5-7 days to go parcel and they can change temperatures many times throughout their journey.

If you want FERTILE and VIABLE eggs, you ARE looking at shipping of at LEAST $6-7 for priority. I know when I send six eggs in the same region, it costs me a minimum of $6-8 between shipping and packing materials, even if I donate the eggs. I just sent six chicken eggs 300 miles from here as a donation for a 4-H project and it was almost $10.

Then, via Paypal, .40 plus 2.9% of your payment goes to PayPal. Just wanted to point out why some people might be a little less optimistic. Sorry I don't have the money to help you out. Good luck, maybe there is someone on here looking to do a good deed. I just did mine today!
