Basically You just gotta call Hawaii dept and you need to send your NPIP certificate and contact info to apply for a permit for hatching eggs and lives. The permits are free and takes 7-10 days to get. send your info, fill out the permit, send it in, and Print your permit. And that's it! I would do it for you, but I can't. It needs to be done by the exporter.
