Hi all, sad story here. My best friend and I went to Wolf Lake to the swap meet over the weekend. She got a beautiful Flemish buck to go with her does. She left him in the barn in quarntine along with the black spanish turkey poults, pheasant chicks and about 30 other chicks I'd either hatched for her or pawned off on her. Last night her barn burned to the ground with all this inside.
The horses were out on pasture, the chicken coop wasn't touched, and the rabbit shed was also too far away, but she lost that beautiful buck she'd searched for all spring. I'd really like to find her another one, preferably in MI (gas prices and 7 mpg truck!). Something young (a year or less hopefully), and color doesn't matter (the lost boy was chinchilla color). I live in Barry County. Thanks
