I am in SE Iowa and have one. No idea what it is- was just told he was a racing pigeon at one time when he was dropped off on my door. He is in a large cage in my living room and I would drive him to you and GIVE him to you. Messy thing in the house. I have often wondered if I built him a cage outside and let him go- if he would stick around or take off. Uggghhhh

Hell, I don't even know if it is a boy or girl. I named him Tom.
