Anyone have any info? I'd be willing to p/u. I'd like to find a reputable breeder so I don't buy a PBP and it winds up being 400 pounds and 8 feet long ~grin~

Howdy Hi,
I just happen to have two PBPs (boar and sow) for sale in NC (foothills) They are the real deal and will never be 8 ft long.

But.. these are not indoor pigs or lap pigs, though the boar would just love it I am sure. They have been happily tilling up my garden spot. They have a nice little pig house for the rainy days and cold nights. They are also nice and lean, not those terribly obese critters that can no longer walk. These two are very fit and healthy. No hanging jowls and no rolls of fat. DH wants to trade up to a breed of pig that is not too cute to eat.
The sow gave birth to and successfully raised 7 piglets late last summer. She is a great mom.

I know these are lousy pics. I can grab some new ones in the morning if you are interested.
DaintyPig and PigPig. PigPig is partial to belly rubs and baths. He also enjoys the company of hens and they love him right back. Very strange, but he treats his hens very well.
They both love chestnuts.
If you are looking for outside PBPs please let me know. DH is running out of patience. Sweet DH.
They are $50 each for fast movement.

Contemplating...hmmmmmm. This is not exactly what I was looking for BUT it is a possibility. I'm am so glad to see that your piggies are healthy. I HATE to see those guys that are so fat they can't move. That is cruel, I think. I actually was looking for a single piggie (neutered) or a baby. I'd like to have it/them inside to visit and outside in a pen to live. I also LOVE the pink ones with spots but I'm not stuck on color. Are these guys related? Where did you get them? What are you feeding them? Can you PM me your zip so I can see how far we are? I am afraid it might be pretty far : ( Thanks for the response and I look forward to hearing from you.
