WTB Turkey poults

Steve,
Dont sweet it too much, I ship all over the place, have for decades, and all in all, there's nothing to it. I prefer to send them as day olds, by Express mail only (if they dont want to pay the extra, I just dont do it) add a 72 hour heat pack for warmth, yes even now, and send them on their way. If older birds, it's best to wait til weather is below 85, actually it's required in the postal requlations, and express is manditory then.
I have sent out somewhere close to 650 poults this year from out wild birds, and have lost only 8-10 or so total, and Lord only know how many 100's if not 1000's of bantams, with only 10-15 lost this year.
Try it, and you'll be hooked once you see how easy it really is.

Hi Nancy, your turkeys to be were shipped today (eggs that is)....

Please let me know when you get them and thanks for your order. Praying for a safe delivery, happy hatching and happy mothering~~~~

Hi, I'm getting great hatch rates on our eggs. I think several things are happening to account for our high hatch rate. My last report of a hatch rate was an order of 6 eggs, I sent 8 (always include the extras available that day not on another order) 7 were candled fertile and went through the process in a stryo - LG...I helped with being a surrogate turkey mom and 6 are very healthy one week olders! Thank you Lord.

We do gather our eggs twice daily and ship very fresh eggs. There are no accidental older eggs laying around. All our breeds of chickens and poultry are kept separated. We bring fresh greens and treats from the gardens to all as we full time farm. We are also hatching and selling poults from our full time farm. Our eggs here have been 85 to 99 percent hatch rate. The low rate was my fault. Our humidity was way too low and I didn't catch it after some major surgery.

We have one jake to 3 hens fertility. I know the jakes are active. They are shameless. In fact I'm having to bypass the turkey areas as one of our younger guests with his city parents recently saw the turkey and when I caught up with them was crying and screaming that the gobbler was killing that bird. It was not funny.

Re. transporting of the eggs. We have a very small post office and they know me as the egg, veggies, goat lady...HA..They put our eggs away from all other packages at the po and put them in a separate very large box on top of all other boxes. Our boxes are well marked (by hand) on all sides regarding handling needs and contents. I've never sent you a box of eggs, but our shipping is very complex and well done. I want each egg to arrive intact and unbroken in the same way I like to receive my egg. I realize that shipping problems can occur but Of all the turkey eggs we've shipped, none every arrived broken. I realize that this could change but we use all our skills, resources and time to package beyond the norm.

Please don't laugh at me, but our small family prays over our animals and our crops and our farm and customers. That also includes praying over the eggs as they are in transit, arrive and hatch and that the eggs will grow and hatch and be a blessing to the homes they now have and bring great Joy and we just love them so much and are grateful to the Lord who led us to this farm where we will always have a job and mission. We probably have the lowest per hour pay but at the end of the day, we say thank you Lord.

Hope I've answered your questions and that you have a very blessed day.

Oh, by the way, I'm looking for Red Pencilled Palm hens, poults or eggs. I was gifted with a beautiful male but he needs a family.
