WTH is this big bully

The man I got the set of birds off of that included this flippin thing said he'd come from an ag store from str run black australorps and was only rooster of the 4. I've had about a dozen black australorps in past years but none with his coloration, rather odd body shape for species, or his very very very bad attitude. Hopefully you can see in pics but he's got bright red bars all over. Not sure if he's a keeper he doesn't play well with anything that moves...any help to Id this spaz?( Black roo center frame)

I can't see much besides "skinny, black, black-shanked, possibly single-comb rooster" from this distance. Could you post another pic? Definitely nothing like an Australorp.

Likewise, we need better pictures but if he has a bad attitude I would be very wary of allowing a young child in the pen with him, even when you are there. Things can get out of control very quickly and they are much stronger than you imagine. He could easily knock her to the ground and injure her face before you could save her. Not worth the risk in my opinion.
