Seriously though, I’ve read here many times about friendly, frequently handled and hand fed cockerels causing trouble when they come into puberty. I would wear a cowboy hat for a while, just in case. You don’t want those big toenails to land on your face. Maybe you can ease him back in line with the advice folks have offered. I hope so... he’s a beautiful boy. I would hate to lose him if he were mine.
If it doesn’t seem to be working out, well, there are always more roosters. Unless he’s a valuable breeder, necessary for your plans, I’m not sure I’d put up with very much of that kind of behavior. It’s not only dangerous to you, but to anyone else who might come into contact with him—especially children.
