Wyandotte, Delaware and Brahma late layers?

I’m obviously excited about my first eggs. I am hoping any day now. I think the age of my chicks is about 22/23 weeks. For these breeds should I be getting excited?

Of course. I think they should be laying within a month. How red are their combs? Any squatting or nest box interest?

I haven’t noticed any squatting or other behaviour they seem to just be happily roaming and eating their day away, roosting... repeat. The only real change has been in our rooster who started crowing and showing off lately. He’s also changed visibly, growing in size, with a really red comb and gorgeous tail feathers.
