Wyandotte genetics expert needed

My first question is what 2 Wyandottes parents would breed this laced cockerel?

He clearly isn't a true showable colours but I've been told he would still be called a blue laced red due to the blue tail (even though he has darker tail feathers coming in.)

The man I bought him off said his flock was a variety of different laced Wyandottes (gold laced , silver laced, blue laced, partridge etc)

Secondly, if I bred the cockerel with splash laced, blue laced and silver laced, what sort of chicks will I get?

Yeah his chest feathers look gold/red and black but he has the blue tail feathers... although he has shiny black tail feathers starting to grow in
