Wyandotte genetics question

Hi everyone!
I have some questions about what colour hens to buy my Wyandotte cockerel for breeding eventually.
I originally thought he was a gold lace but I've since been told my Wyandotte cockerel is a blue laced, just that the blue is much darker than normal blue laced Wyandottes. His tail is the main blue feature at the moment however there are some darker tail feathers trying to come through, the lacing is so dark it's nearly black. Here are some photos of him (he's still pretty young)




I love how blue laced hens and splash laced hens look and I understand a bit about the breeding genetics for them:
Blue laced x blue laced= 50% blue laced, 25% splash, 25% black
Blue laced x splash = 50% blue laced, 50% splash
Etc
However I'm not sure how it would work for my rooster since he's not a true blue lace (if he's called a blue lace at all) so does anyone know what colours I'd get if he bred with a blue laced or splash laced? Would it be better to breed him with a different lace colour?

I see some feathers on his legs. He's not a purebred Wyandotte. He's a mixed breed, so crossing him with any Wyandotte colors won't breed true. My guess is he's a Brahma mix.
