Wyandotte... In a crazy language..

The wyandotte is kind of perfect. I think he's saying the wyandotte is photoshop....it would make sense. If you look again you'll see it is rather too perfect.
Still it is a lovely colour.

I mean, "so we've been had?" in Dutch?

Looks like we all have ....

Better get it now--the number of copies printed is fairly limited; not sure of what it would take to get a new printing.

Absolutely. It is a good book with some interesting concepts, explained very nicely & aimed at the hobby breeder. And more up to date than Poultry Breeding & genetics.
If the copies are limited, it would be good plan to go for it while one still can. Dr Clive Carefoot's "Creative Poultry Breeding" is a case in point....privately published, now rare & much in demand. I was privileged to have him make me a photocopy as it was so difficult to find.

A very helpful book.

Good news. Apparently there is a translation but not on line yet. Patience.

OK, so you have been had. But that's not the point!
Sigrid's point is that there are POSSIBILITIES, genetic potential.
You can combine genes into new colors no one would have expected!

Sigrid's book is great.
I am proud to have helped her in the original dutch version
