Wyandotte rooster "which is better" question.

Would love to know what rooster you would use for a breeding program with red splash blue hens, please.
First boy (darker hackles etc) is slightly older.
Boy 2 is younger & also standing at an angle - can get a better photo of him standing straight if needed!
I am relatively new to the breed. Had a very gorgeous boy paired with my girls but we lost him. So trying to decide which is best to replace him.
Appreciate any & all advice!

I'm not very familiar with this breed but from some quick research I would go with the first one probably because his coloring his just so much better but still needs a lot of work. The 2nd ones comb might be better but looks like a very low quality bird imo. Here are some resources that might be helpful if you have time to read them.
