Wyndotte? Rooster? Help?

It's from an egg they claimed was a blue-laced Wyandotte. It's not, obviously. It's a bantam, the size of a silkie. And I can't tell from the comb if it's a rooster or not. Please help, oh wise ones!

Oh, at that age that's all boy. I don't know if it was someone's really, really poor blr or what, but I can see the wyandotte there.
