Wyndottes or Sex Links

I'm disappointed. I wanted 2 goldaced wyndottes and they had a "malfunction" with a brooder and lost all of them....

They have offered me Red Sexlinks instead. But I don't know much about them. What do you think.

The gold laced are pretty birds but... I love my sexlinks that I got last year. I plan on ordering more cinn queens this year, my best and sweetest layer.

I guess I wanted the "pretty" bird, cause I'm not getting that many. Oh well. Temperment is more important to me and more eggs may make it come out ahead! I think I'm more disappointed because I thought my chicks might have come in earlier.

Some of my first chickens were "red sex-link".

Great breed in my opinion. Excellent livability, and they layed eggs really well.

I like them alot.
