I remember you saying that an EE can be any type of mutt ?.

(or its parents did, and it still possesses other EE traits)

This bird is an obvious leghorn cross, as EE's don't have single combs, white earlobes, and the rest of the body all point to a leghorn cross, not an EE.

An EE would need a pea comb and pale or red earlobes, otherwise it does not lay colored eggs. (except the legbar, which has a single comb and lays blue eggs)
