Oh oh OHHH they are SO cute! Now what in the world do you do with quail cuz I want some now! LOL

So we have 6 out so far, 2 turkens, 2 mixes, 1 pure welsummer and 1 australorp! Plus the 3 quail, one died

Have any more hatched? Are the mixes out of the really big eggs? They lay those monster eggs every day. They are my best layers never miss a day.

Oh wow, great. It sounds as if you are doing wonderfully.

I have some quail eggs, and the very FIRST day I put them in I let the temp get up to 102. I hope they are not cooked.

I had no idea how cute the little eggs would be, or how tiny. About the size of marbles.

That third picture had me looking twice. It looks like a black head on a yellow chick. I was tryin to figure out what cross breed it was when I realized it was two chicks.

iggimom, No 102 won't kill the.

OP do you always leave them in the turner? Do you ever have injuries from it? Do you unplug it? Does it improve your hatch rate?

Sorry for the questions, just curious about it, I thought most people removed the turners.
