Yay! My filly backed on command today! (Pics added)

Lauren,

I finally got a different computer, so I'm back again!
This new filly sure is a looker! Sounds like you are doing well with her training so far.
You will have to keep us updated on her progress.

I'm glad to see you back! You were always so helpful when it came to the horses!

Chickiejazz, your guy is a beauty! I LOVE that coloration. Its so unusual in these parts! She looks a lot like my stetson!

The rain has put a stall on my training for the past two days, but my dad has been out with Sedona in the round pen. She's definitely out of shape, so we're hoping to get her back into shape over the summer! She's been doing so well. Sunday we will put the saddle on her and ride.

Cheyenne is still working on her stops. I try to work with her a little bit every night before I put her in. That way she gets a little training every day, even if I don't get a chance to work with her for 15 minutes to a half hour during the day. She'll get the whoah thing soon enough. I want to look up some other techniques to see if there is any other approach I can take to help her understand a little better. I think her biggest problem is that her attention just wanders. She knows what "Whoah" means, but isn't always listening!
