I was utterly disappointed when I discovered 4 of my 7 "pullets" were roos. We really do love those crazy boys. But as we are in town, and can't have crowing they have to go. I found a great home for my favorite with someone who was getting ready to start a flock. He went to his new home Sunday. Well, I found out today that the other three will be going to live out in the country with one of my daughter's best friends. What a relief to have a home for them. I was worried that no one would want them.

Tomorrow I am going to get 3 more pullets. It has been quite a ride so far. This is my first chicken raising experience and I think I'm being broken in well.

Just wanted to share.
