Welcome to BYC !!! Those are very nice diggs for any chicken...how many and what variety are you guys getting? Let us see them as they mature ( I love to see things GROW!) and keep the pics coming!

Love your coops. It does have a wild west look to them. I can just picture a gunslinger coming out of them. The Amish do such great carpentry work, I bet the construction is beautiful inside too.

Gorgeous coops and

they are really nice and they do have a wild west look to them, nice I love the one with the porch. There are some real nice Amish coops (as well as other nice coops too, the Amish one is the Craftsman one and you can get to the others thru the realated items thing on the bottom of the Craftsman page) on My Pet Chicken that I like just found they look really nice but I don't know what do you guys think? http://www.mypetchicken.com/catalog/Chicken-Coops-c3.aspx and really nice coops, congrats and good luck with your chickies (def post pics). oh and also def pred proof the other 3 sides then leave the back open, they will love being able to go under the "deck" in foul or inclement weather as well as on hot summer days, my dog used to love going under the deck on hot days my cat sometimes does as well (he kinda thinks he's a dog cause he was a kitten when we got him and we had already had the dog for several years before we got the cat so the cat grew up with the dog haha). but anyways, they'll love it and very nice coops. Oh yeah and

I was so nervous I was sitting in my car in the post office parking lot (still dark outside) when the big delivery truck pulled in that morning. As soon as the truck driver took my box out, the old gentleman who works there waved me over from my car to sign for it out on the back loading dock...lol! My DH still laughs at me about that...
Congratulations on your new babies...I know it's painful to wait!! And I can't wait to see how you "fix up" those already pretty coops...
