Yeah, I got my 1st green egg today.

One of my EE pullets Finally laid. An early Christmas present. I've been waiting quite unpatiently for this to happen. It fits well with my Brown Isa Brown eggs, My Brown BR eggs, My White White Leghorn eggs, My Tan SLW eggs, & my Dark Brown Black Copper Maran eggs. It almost makes a nice Easter basket, no dye needed. Gee, who would think a 49 year old man could be so excited over an egg? I'm as proud of my chickens as I am with my Wife & Kids when they are recognized for doing something well.

I got my first one 2 days ago and she gave me another one today! I feel the same way about my hens - I just love getting those eggs everyday!
