Yeah its finally in the freezer

Its 12:43 AM and I just finished packageing 275 pounds of pork form the pig DH and friend buthered saturday. I also ground 28 pounds of sausage meat and stuffed it in links. I am one tired puppy. But I must say I tasted the Italian sausage and its great. I guess it will be worth it when I can relax and enjoy the fruits of my labor.lol

Yeah Looking in my freezer I hope I have room for the other one. They are scheduled to butcher her this coming week. NO bacon though DH decided not to bother this time but plenty of sausage. My chicldren are already making their lists of what they want.lol
