Yearling Peahen in molt and not eating

I'm so sorry for your loss. I had no advice to offer as this is all new to me, too.

What I have started doing is printing out advice I see, like what Silver Phoenix gave you here - and putting it in a binder, so I'll have it at hand for reference when needed.
 
Oh my, I'm so sorry. I'm actually tearing up right now because I can't imagine how painful it would be to lose one of my peahens. I know this posting is a bit after the fact, but my heart is with you.
