Yellow and green diarrhea... What to do?

I recently started finding some yellow and green diarrhea. Not sure which chicken (s) it's from. I've been looking in "the chicken health handbook" and it implies maybe colibacillosis? Completely new to this, so open to any advice.
My chickens are all around 6 months old. None of them are showing any signs of illness.

ETA: Is there any way to have a fecal sample analyzed? Does anyone do it themselves? Would be interested to hear about this!

Chicken poop is quite variable and unfortunately diagnosis can't usually be made just from looking at it.

Any changes for your flock recently? What do they get to eat? If the strange poop continues or gets worse my first thought would be coccidiosis or worms. You may be able to get a vet to do a fecal float test for you though those aren't 100% accurate.

No changes to the flock. They do free range, so they could potentially eat something, though I haven't changed anything in my yard. They eat scratch and peck feed, supplemented with table scraps and produce. I will ask about the fecal float test. Thanks!
