She kind of looks like my black tailed white Japanese bantam. Shes not as buff looking as your hen.

Black Tailed Buff Japanese bantam fits the general appearance. However, leg color is wrong...they should be yellow. I'd say either hatchery quality Japanese, or mixed breed (if a possibility).
