Yellow comb and skin

My Blue Jersey Giant and black Jersey has a noticeable yellow comb. More so the blue one. I am worried she might has a liver issue or is this normal for this breed? Also I am concerned that our Wanda might be a boy. Eating and drinking well. Very energetic.

No problem! Pullets tend to get red right before/when they are laying.
