Yellow diharea

I have 6 three week old baby turkeys. 2 toms and 4 hens. One hen has yellow diharea. Acts normal, eats and drinks. Has a little bit of pasty butt which I have been keeping clean twice a day. Not sure what to do. They all been getting hard boiled eggs in the morning. Vitamin with probiotic water and plain water.
The others are fine so far.
Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Update:
Still seeing yellow poop from a couple of the turkey poults.
They are eating just the Purina game bird crumbles now. Drinking plain water and probiotic water.
But I have been reading, trying to educate myself. And I remember around a week or so ago some May beetles were flying about and got into their yard and before could get them back into their house, some of them are some of the beetles.
Now i concerned that hey may have parasites. Should I worm them. I cannot afford a veterinarian.

You can worm them if it will make you feel better.

That poop is foamy, and that is not normal. If they were mine I would treat them for coccidiosis and worms. If they are pets I suggest you invest in some Baytril and metronidazole in case they do get blackhead.

For coccidiosis, treat with amprolium (Corid).

Ok. Went to feed store yesterday and got Safe-guard fenbendazole pellets to mix into their food.
Then came home and saw this post later in the day.
So, went to different feed store and got Doris powder and fixed their water n have to them.
Now, do I keep them all on the medicated food and the Corid water together?
And. Do I treat the chicks too? I am noticing poo on the chicks side that looks like icky mud.
