Yellow lumps on cockerels neck

hello

I’m new to raising chicks and have a young Cream Crested legbar cockerel. I’ve noticed strange yellow lumps each side of his head at thhe edge of the comb and wattle colouring. I’ve tried to take a picture but he wouldn’t keep his head still. I’m not sure is this normal or a problem?

I’ve Just thought to check pictures of cockerels and it appears they have a yellow wattle part. Silly me. I’d delete this message but I can’t see how to

I 'think' you might be referring to his earlobes. Size, shape and color can vary depending on breed.
