I'd definitely try to get that mass out, carefully. She needs antibiotics - Can you get tylan injectible from the feed store, or better yet, mail order some denagard? (do a search here on byc about denagard, which people use for MG infections). Also topical eye antibiotics such as terramycin would be a help I'd think.

I have the flock started on Denegard. Plan is to see if the mass begins to decrease with the treatment. If no change by mid week, I am planning to remove it . Will update as the situation develops. Thanks for checking in.
