I have a baby chick that is 5 days old and has yellow liquid coming out of it's butt. It does not move around like the rest of the chicks, doesn't peck at the food but will drink when we dip beak in water.
Does anyone have any suggestions.

Thanks!

Yellow ooze makes me think of coccidiosis. The other symptoms also go along with this, lethargic, lack of interest in food and water. If this is the case, the chick should be isolated and clean bedding is needed for the others. It is contagious and can cause mortality.
I do hope I am wrong about this.

Thank you, I have seperated them and cleaned out. Any other suggestions. Should I treat with medication, the feed says it already has it in it.

Read the other post on this forum titled 'need chick advice'. One of the answers talks about coccidiosis and what medicine to get for it.
