1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
1.5 year old black copper marans, weight seems normal.

2) What is the behavior, exactly.
I went to check eggs today and she had laid a large, thin eggshell that was cracked and empty (some liquid in the nest bedding, but not much). I then noticed this poop. It kind of looks like maybe the egg broke inside her and she pooped out the yolk, but I don't really know anything about it so I'm asking all of you.

3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
Just a few hours. She seems fine, behaviour-wise. I gave her the eggshell to get the calcium back in her and she pecked at it happily.

4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No.

5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No.

6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
No idea.

7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
17% layer feed, water, and oyster shells. I don't know how much, but I just refilled the feeder yesterday and she dug in like normal.

8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
It looks like this:

9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
None.

10 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
I'd like to to know if I even need to treat, and if I do what should I do myself. I don't have a vet near me that can do chickens.

11) If you have a picture of the wound or condition, please post it. It may help.
Posted.

12) Describe the housing/bedding in use
Small coop with pine shavings bedding. The run is just dirt.

That looks like normal poop, as for the egg have you fed whole shells like this before, if so then it could be egg eating.
She's never had a yellow one like that before. I usually do feed her the egg shell if it breaks in the nest or is defective for some reason

If you want to give her egg shells, don't give them to her like that or you could easily teach her to break and eat them herself and teach other chickens to do the same. Instead take them in the house, dry and crush them and then give them in a bowl so they look nothing like a freshly laid egg. Dry by setting out for several days, or baking at low temp in oven, or even microwaving till dry.
