Yellow substance on egg

There is a yellow substance on my egg. I am on day 19, nearly 20. Do I need to remove this egg from the incubator asap? I didn’t notice this when we candles before lockdown.

Its likely just something you missed when you placed the egg inside the incubator. Did you see if there are any cracks in the egg? if there are no cracks, I would leave it in.
