Yellow Tint To Bedding ??

I have about 6 chicks in a rabbit cage, that are about 3 and 4 old. I have some older chicks that are about 5 and 6 weeks in a larger coop.

I use pine shavings for bedding. And the bedding in the smaller cage looks like it is stained yellow. The bedding in the larger coop doesnt even come close to the same color.

Any ideas on what that could possibly be?

No idea. Possibly it was stained in manufacture. IS it otherwise dry? No mildew smells?

Its not stained from the bag. I used the same bag of shavings in the coop as in the cage, and I use the same shavings for my horses. Its like its pee? It just doesnt make any sense, I didnt know if there was a condition that the poop was yellow liquid that I should be worried about. Everybody looks healthy so Im just plain stunped.
