Hi all,
I have a 9 month old Easter Egger with poop that doesn’t look good. (Bright yellow urates, not well-formed). She is my only non-layer of five girls (one other EE, 2 BO, 1 NHR). They are all on layer feed, fresh water, and a once daily treat or either lettuce, strawberry tops, watermelon or a bit of scratch or mealworms. She is acting normally other than the poop and not laying.... eats, drinks, appropriately active, looks good no signs of mites or fleas... she is definitely lowest on the pecking order. I’ve been searching the internet and can’t find anything that seems right. Anyone have any ideas on what I should do???

Yellow urates can be a sign of liver issues. Is her lower belly between her legs enlarged or swollen? Pictures of poops are welcome.

Belly doesn’t look enlarged or feel swollen at all. Will get pics on my next trip to the coop.

here she is and below is a pic of her poop not a great picture but you can see that it’s not good

Ok that’s good. Could this be something else? It’s been consistent like this for about a week now. She’s the only one with that color. Everyone else is solid, normal poop and white urate top.

This is the closest thread I found to what’s going on with her..... I have Corid on the way. Any downside to treating and seeing if it works?
