Yellowish watery poo. Due to heat?

I noticed some watery and bubbly yellow poo from my hen today. She acted fine in the morning, but as it started to get hotter, she grew more quieter, and I started to see more watery droppings from her. She still walks around but doesn’t seem to have much energy and is walking a lot slower. Also, the feathers at her vent are held further away from her vent. The feathers are usually covering the vent. Does this have something to do with the heat? It’s 79 f right now. She sat down a lot today and at first I thought she was taking a little snooze, but she usually doesn’t sit down this much during the day. Her butt is a little dirty from the watery poo, should I wash it? She doesn’t let me pick her up though.

Yesterday, the temperatures were pretty similar and she acted just fine, there was a lot of panting though.

Right now, she’s drinking lots of water and is pecking away at some crumble. Usually she would talk to me more but she barely makes any noise now.

My hen is about 4 years old.
She is supposedly a red sex link.
I don’t know her weight.
She started showing the previously described symptoms around afternoon, when the weather was warming up.
Right now, she is keeping her head tucked to her body, tail is up, vent feathers are pointed toward the ground.

I have three pics of her poo. The second and third picture shows her most recent dropping. The first pic shows a older one.
